Our Resort

The Palms RV Resort offers the warm, luxurious atmosphere of a fine boutique hotel. Nestled on 60 acres within the City of Yuma, our 453 large lots are set along lushly landscaped grounds with walking trails that meander through an active adult community that also welcomes your furry family members to enjoy it with you.

A first-class vacation & full time home resort , The Palms welcomes class A motor homes, 5th wheels, and travel trailers. You will love our well-designed outdoor living spaces, casitas, and villa homes all designed in Southwestern architectural concepts. Some lots feature outdoor fountains, courtyard kitchens, places to relax and room for your toys.

This secure, gated community features two large heated swimming pools: a lap pool for the serious aquatic exerciser and a “play” pool for the rest of us.  If you want additional physical activity, pickleball & tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, putting/chipping green, a fitness center, and a variety of exercise classes will meet your needs. In addition, on-site massages can be scheduled, and two large spas are located in the pool cabana bar area for relaxation.

Meet up with friends in the game room to play billiards, ping pong, darts, and video games, or relax and watch sporting events over a snack and a drink from the on-site cafe and cabana bar.

The hub of The Palms RV Resort is our community center with a 7,500 square foot ballroom that hosts events from five-star entertainers that include a concert series and dinner shows. Weekends may also include scheduled events at the pools with food and live music from some of the finest local bands. There may also be karaoke, dances, bingo and other events scheduled throughout the week.
